Booking Policy:

- Clock starts at the exact time of your original booking unless otherwise agreed upon prior to your arrival.

- (Studio Sessions) If you are taking photos alone you may bring 1 additional person to accompany you; Any persons outside of this plus 1 will be asked to wait outside until your session is complete.


For children under 18, both parents are allowed to be present. Some exceptions may be made.

- Due to COVID we do not supply shared props but you may bring any props or accessories that you feel will add to the overall vision. Products containing glitter or paint are not allowed!

- There is a $50 retainer fee required to secure your session. Retainer is non-refundable/non-transferable and will be applied to the total session price in the end.

- A travel fee may be applied for location shoots depending on the distance of the desired location. Fee will be communicated once location is determined. Travel will be calculated at 75 cents per mile both ways from the studio address.

- Phoenix Originals does not give out unedited images but additional edits can be purchased from your session at $5 each

Turnaround:

- Watermarked proofs will be delivered within 24-48 hours

- Final edits will be delivered digitally within 4-10 days after selections have been made

* The estimated turnaround time for final edits is based on the originally included amount of photos for your session

* Editing will not begin until you've stated that you are done making your selections

Rescheduling/Cancellations:

- You are allowed to reschedule once (1 time) per retainer and this must be done 48 hours prior to your original booking.

- Reschedule date must be within 21 days of original booking

- Clients who are a no-show, same day cancellation or cancel 24-47 hours prior to their scheduled session will be charged a cancellation fee and lose their $50 retainer fee.

- No refunds on sessions that are paid in full in advance
